Many of these products end up in house dust, so you and your family are constantly breathing a toxic fog. You are also covering yourself with a blend of poisons from your cosmetics, clothing, and cleaning products.

Supermarket Poisons

All of your household and personal cleaning products can be replaced with mixtures of healthy, natural ingredients which will include products such as vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, essential oils, coconut oil, sea salt, etc. A simple google search will provide all the recipes you require.

There are now people making toxin-free household products but it is important to ensure that they have listed all of the ingredients on the container. I have included a link on the right to an example of such a supplier. Take a look to see what is available and what you can replace.

Seek out natural fabrics and coverings such as wool and cotton and make sure there are no impregnated toxic chemicals. As an example look at the company below that makes organic clothing – this is a growing industry which is great !!

Do a full audit of your surroundings and get rid of all the chemicals. Don’t forget the garden shed ! Get rid of the roundup ! Find natural bug repellents and insecticides.

House plants play a huge roll in purifying the air. Air your house out as often as possible.

A word here on EMF radiation – i.e cell phones, microwave ovens, computers – There really is not enough in the way of research results on this topic and it is not in the interest of the industry to support any research that might produce negative feedback. However, it is undeniable that these devices interfere with our internal electrical operation. How could they not ? Just be cautious and limit use or take preventative measures such as shielding and use of headphones. I have included links to a company that produces shielding just so that you can get an idea.
